Our Standard Paint Application Consists Of:
Provide a FREE detailed job proposal with the final price upfront (no surprises).
Protect all floors, furniture, walkways, pool areas etc. (we respect your home. the only items we paint are the ones you want painted.
Remove all loose paint, dirt, and provide a chalk-free surface(this step provides a solid surface to apply the final coat of paint.
Finger caulk and seal all gaps and cracks in the surface to be painted and, if necessary, repair any damaged drywall, plaster, wood etc.
Allow paint to dry overnight.
Paint all trim areas of the home as contracted. Two coats.
Expert clean up.
Job walk through with client to ensure absolute satisfaction.
